About the event: Join us in the 7th Annual Healing Arts In Nature Festival being held on Saturday September 23, during the Autumn Equinox, an auspicious time of the year. Enjoy live music, healthful food, educational workshops, culturally-inspired art, and communal activities on our beautiful land trust. This year we continue our theme of “A Village Re-Imagined” by exploring our ancestral roots as illustrated in the accomplishments of Cudjoe Lewis and the 110 survivors of the slave ship, Clotilda, recently discovered in the waters of the Mobile Bay, Alabama.
