Board of Directors

The NGVP Board of Directors serves as a circle of guidance, accountability, and stewardship for the organization’s mission, vision, and long-term sustainability. The Board is responsible for overall policy and direction of NGVP and may delegate day-to-day operations to the Executive Director and designated committees.

Comprising no fewer than five (5) and up to twenty-one (21) members, the Board is structured to reflect a conscious commitment to gender balance, intergenerational representation, diverse cultural and occupational perspectives, and spiritual inclusivity. Officers of the Board include a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Our board members bring a wide range of expertise—from regenerative systems, finance, and education to community development and cultural preservation—each offering their wisdom to help guide NGVP’s unfolding path. The Board also prepares and circulates the proposed operating budget annually, ensuring all members have the opportunity to review it prior to its adoption. Annual dues are determined based on membership type and the approved budget.

Rooted in shared values and mutual trust, the Board collaborates with staff, committees, and the wider community to foster transparency, financial integrity, and alignment with NGVP’s founding purpose. Their role is not only to govern—but to ensure that a living, evolving village vision thrives in harmony with the people, land, and spirit we serve.

NGVP is currently recruiting new board members. Please send any nominations to info@ngvp.org.

We Believe in A Collaborative Approach

Rooting & Restoring

NGVP nurtures a sacred, living relationship with the Earth through conscious ecological stewardship and regenerative land practices.

Honoring & Bridging

NGVP fosters shared learning and community empowerment through intergenerational collaboration.

Learning & Evolving

NGVP offers holistic educational pathways that inspire personal growth, collective transformation, and lifelong discovery.

Real People. Real Impact.

NGVP is powered by real people—elders, youth, families, and changemakers—working together to restore balance and cultivate belonging. Our impact is rooted in lived experience, cultural wisdom, and collective action toward a more regenerative and just world.

When people are disconnected, communities suffer. When land is exploited, culture erodes. But when we come together with care and purpose, we heal—ourselves, each other, and the Earth.
